At Aqua Fresh we want our customers to be satisfied with the products that they purchase.
We therefore recommend that you read our refund and returns policy before making your purchase so that you are familiar with our Refund and Returns Policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
We will only refund where the product purchased is –
- Not of a saleable quality
- Is not fit for the purpose that it is advertised
- Does not match the sample advertised
Change of mind – Please choose carefully as we do not normally offer refunds where you have had a change of mind, made the wrong selection or found the goods cheaper elsewhere. Our products are food-grade products, meaning that once they have water or any type of contamination that has run through them, they are unsellable and not reusable. We recommend that you carefully consider all selections before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.
Purchases damaged in transit – We recommend that you inspect the goods immediately when you receive them to ensure that they have not been damaged in transit. If you notice any damage to your purchase please contact us immediately. We allow a 48 hours period for clients to discover and notify of any transit damage.
Faulty goods – In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item please contact us immediately. We will then advise on the best method to have the defect rectified. You may be charged for labour and freight should the defect be caused by misuse, modification or incorrect installation.
